How to Claim Your Winnings
Winnings under £50,000 are paid directly to your LottoGo account. Anything over £50,000 can take up to 40 days while LottoGo.com sorts payments out with their insurer. There is no information on who the insurance company is. Click on “withdraw” and your winnings should be cleared between 3 to 5 working days. There is a minimum withdrawal of £10. However, you put the funds originally in is the way you get them back.
How to Claim a Mega Jackpot?
Though in general, LottoGo says that all winnings are paid in a lump sum less any taxes that would be applicable (like in the case of the US lotteries), winnings over £10 million are not paid out all at once. The first £10 million is paid “as soon as possible” after the draw with the rest of the money paid over 19 yearly payments paid within 7 days of the date of the first payment.

The only big restriction on playing at LottoGo.com is Location- no one who is a resident of the United States can play – or you are somewhere where it is illegal to play. One would have thought with betting; the company would be able to set aside the tax issues that affect lotteries, especially because they don’t have to pay the taxes. It’s also not appealing to think that one may have won the mega jackpot but won’t get all the money right away.
This site looks fairly straightforward though beware of the “subscription” button and what you agree to pay.

Same here avoid at all costs. They create a subscription where you don’t agree to. And you can’t cancel with the bank either as they need a fax from them to cancel and they haven’t got phone number on their details!! All a Joke!!! Don’t waste your money!!!

This is nothing but fraud. Told I would pay £6 for first month yet just checked my bank account and found that 4 days after the initial £6 payment they took £21.50 and 3 days later they took another £6. They just go into your account and take whatever they want whenever they want without notifying you. Been onto my bank and, because its a subscription, they can’t refund the money taken but they have put a block on so they can’t take anymore money. Also cancelled my card and getting a replacement. I wonder if Keith Lemon is aware he is being used to promote these people with his photo on their website.

To date any winnings were all paid into my account with different lotteries. Not sure about big wins as none to date. Would be nice to know if any “BIG WINS” as Data/Transparency plays a big part. Not happy with this company at all. I signed up last week to what I thought was £5 a week coming out of my account. The first payment was £5 bu I have had another two deductions of £12 each time. I have tried today to get in to cancel my account and guess what!! the page will not open to let me log in. I have tried various ways to get in. I have videoed the page as proof that it is not opening. I have emailed the support page to tell them to cancel my subscription and I will also advise my bank. I feel this was a con.
I have been well and truly scammed by this company and as I can see from reviews I am not the only one. I in no way subscribed to anything but that didn’t stop them taking money out every week and I think now, having read the terms and conditions I understand how. This is what I think. When a player enters their bank details to play any one game once, they tick the terms and conditions and are automatically subscribed. I also read that it says you can cancel the subscription at any time but this is not true. You have to give 7 days notice but that is not the end. It later says that if you can not cancel deposits without their consent. Effectively handing them a blank cheque and having control over your money. I would have thought that illegal. They do have a phone number if you want to call their office I think it is offshore. My hint is to investigate them via their offshore offices. They are supposedly regulated but going through the process would be long and lengthy. They have been investigated by the Advertising Standards Agency though I believe for lack of transparency but not sure. Do your research. Perhaps a group of people that feel they have been scammed should form a group to recover disputed transactions.

They didn’t pay out a small win this prompted me to check previous draws I had entered.
On finding a few other small wins unpaid I went to online chat where I was asked to be more specific and a few other pointless questions, so I go back to check my game history and surprise surprise it isn’t there any more. This makes me think it happens on a large scale. My opinion is this company is run by criminals
