I have previously purchased tickets at the prize home and not had a problem before when you could get paper tickets. Now you have to have electronic ones that should be emailed to you. 5 days after purchase I am still to receive my tickets to the house. No reply to my email no answer to phone call. DO NOT buy tickets for prize homes with Surf life saving, spend your money buying tickets at the mater home it is only 1 street away at Bribie Island and get tickets immediately.

Don’t waste your money supporting this organisation thinking you are in the running for a prize.
Purchased tickets in 2 lotteries recently and received the confirmatory email, and my bank statement confirmed payment.

Sent an email to customer service 8 days ago- no reply.
Called 1800# today and was just told one of the lotteries was already drawn, really had to push for an explanation and eventually told “well we’ve been having trouble with the website”
This is pathetic. Appalling.
You have the audacity to say you have permission to run a lottery, well if enough people complain when they don’t receive purchased tickets you won’t have permission for very long.

I was phoned by their call centre and really sold the ticket. I eventually agreed to buy a $20 ticket. Real sales job. But then I get a phone call over a week later, saying “Oh we had a glitch in the system and it didn’t take the payment, so we have to charge again”. I hadn’t received the tickets either. So I look at my statement while on the phone. Payment had gone through. Girl on phone stammered and I asked for a supervisor she hung up. I phoned head office straight away. they confirmed I had paid, and apologised I hadn’t received tickets. They would send them out and email me. That was almost 2 weeks ago, still no tickets and call centre is busy, you have to leave a msg – really crap.
