There were some comments online that suggested that the names of the winners are false and that they’ve played for ages and never won anything. Others mentioned that you are entered into the draw even if you do not log in. Then again, this is free and players can actually enter more than three times on most prizes, so I can’t imagine the actual odds. Add to this there is also a comment in their small print that “we do not respond to do-not-track cookies or other do-not-track technology”. Part of what they are doing is gathering info on where you surf.
This site gets a thumbs up on prizes (just remember you only have 5 days to claim) and potentially a thumbs down on spam and other email offers.

With PrizeGrab, I only enter for the prizes I want. I completely stopped entering for any of the $10 gift cards. Right now, I enter for some of the $75 and larger gift cards, but I still don’t do it every day. I’ve been entering sweepstakes for years. It’s not so exciting anymore.
I’m just happy that I have won a few decent prizes for all my dedication. It is SO much harder to win anything now because so many people are entering freely on the Internet.
Personally, I don’t like it when PrizeGrab allows UNLIMITED entries. There are people who are able to enter all day long. Some are retired and don’t have much else to do. You are competing with people like that. Or, the gamers who play, play, play all day… So, if I win, I win. That’s my philosophy going forward.
Last year, I also won an expensive non-stick pot that makes me happy every time I use it, which is regularly.

I’m concerned………………today is the second day that I have received exactly zero emails from Prize Grab……………. I ALWAYS have communication from them on a daily basis. I’ve contacted them twice the only way I can…….through ‘Contact’ (us) which only allows an email. No response to date. Is anyone else having this problem?? Nothing on my end has changed…………………exactly the same address etc. as always. Hmmmmm……
I am having the same problem. No daily email from them since March 20th. I have emailed them about 8 times. Still no answer. I won’t enter anymore as they probably will never let me know if I win.
I Have Never received an email from them — you have to type in prize grab on computer………you only receive email if you win…..
For a long time, I’d never receive emails from PrizeGrab. Then I contacted them and started getting them. Right now, I’m not receiving them for maybe a month or so.
Also, ads on PrizeGrab’s site and other sweepstakes and websites have stopped popping up on my screen. I enter PCH too and my bonuses are not appearing.
I did not change computers and I daily check for updates. I think the companies are upgrading their systems right now. Microsoft Edge is getting ready to release an upgrade in October. Perhaps companies upgrade sooner to prepare.
I always read PrizeGrab’s winners’ comments. PrizeGrab used to be really good about announcing winners right after they were chosen, but that doesn’t happen anymore. Now, a sweepstakes ends and it seems you have to wait “forever” for the winner’s name to be posted on their site.
I think companies are also having harder times now. The covid virus has affected everyone. Companies had to lay off people. They probably don’t have as much staff to take care of all the details… like sending out the emails to the people who enter.
PrizeGrab has “unclaimed prizes” to give away. If people are not receiving emails, how are they supposed to know they won? It seems logical that this may be why prizes are unclaimed.
I keep thinking, “What if I already won something from PrizeGrab, but I never got the email?”
Imo, PrizeGrab could do a better job of contacting winners.
