This lottery needs to get rid of the prize voucher. I never claimed mine simply because they were nothing of any interest. I myself don’t read any books but common “how to take a picture of food” I just want to eat mine when it’s cooked, especially out for ten hours repairing boilers all day. I agree with all the others, you have removed prizes, yet according to this lottery it has increased its revenue due to additional players but removes prizes, it makes no sense to me.

Won their prize vouchers a while back. I checked weekly absolutely a joke it is. I have recently received an email asking why I hadn’t claimed it via a questionnaire. I said a few home truths, it’s an insult, nothing more, nothing less. Sort it out will you, you keep going on about charities but you fail to remember it is our money that is doing it, stop insulting us players with silly cheap rubbish prize vouchers, nobody reads books now it is all done on a kindle, etc. Sort the prizes out as well you are removing them when you should be actually increasing them. Bring back the holiday vouchers with spending money and boring back the BMWs with cash

I have been a player for nine years. I have won £140 in that time. I play with two subscriptions. I did a check and nobody has won no more that £10 in my sector, yet, the same areas are coming up daily. I would be more than happy to win £1k but not even that. It is biased postcode areas the usual Berkshire, Manchester areas always winning. What annoys me is that you can play any valid postcode so it is obvious everybody is going to pick and area that is winning constantly. I called to cancel and was informed “you play to win” I snapped and said nine years playing with two I’ve given my fair share. I said do you play and she said no, so I told her to shut her mouth. I cancelled with the bank. I don’t like the fact that it’s computer generated, but it will only do what it’s programmed to do in the first place. My neighbour plays with six but you never see anybody who plays six win big. My neighbour is also planning to cancel at the end of the year, so that £80 a month between us that this lottery is losing out on. We both agree that prizes are being removed for these silly prize vouchers. I looked on the site and it doesn’t say how many players won and how many HAVEN’T claimed their prize voucher.

This is a scam as no one in the b18 or 19 or b16 area as won any more than £1000 with in the last 10 years and they say it is a lottery but the odds are against you

I find is strange that when you contact the lottery via email or telephone and give your details this lottery blocks you from winning anything for a year. Now, I have evidence exactly 12 months apart. I saw months ago that the lottery was going to do the prize vouchers and were asking players if you would like to have them. Three said yes and 131 said no, so the lottery was going ahead with it anyway. We’ve lost the £20 prize now just like many others. I agree with other comments about spending over £100m on advertisements but never cover that with new players it’s just not possible. According to its annual reports that in the pandemic it never lost players but gained, yet it says 62% of the postcodes now play, yet the previous year 68% were playing so that is a loss to me. When you telephone them if you are wanting to join the calls are answered within 5 seconds (tested this daily at various times) you call to cancel it takes them nearly 10 mins? Cancelled my DD but be careful this lottery has a habit of applying it again as a new DD mandate.
