Tried to withdraw my winnings and got the run around. When speaking with online help, they had access to my account and the representative accidently told me how much I had in my bank account right down to the cent and then tried to cover it up by saying ‘sorry, I was looking at someone else’s account. Total fraud and liars. I will never see the withdrawal, that is obvious. Lesson learned. It will be interesting to see if they try and take all my money out of my bank account.

I agree with all the statements so far. Playnow has now become nothing but a scam in the last year. This site needs to be investigated. Ever since the covid breakout non of the games are paying as they would be in a live casino. They know it and keep screwing people.
I totally agree. A third party investigation should be done. There are very few if any slots that actually play. You may win a few hundred here or there, but it’s few and far between. If you do cash out a small amount, no slots will play again for a very, very long time. I don’t believe this site is at all truthful with respect to the RTP. Like so many others, I too experience technical errors, and disruptions constantly in the games, likely it’s to prevent any jackpot wins. I have to agree with most of the bad reviews. Still get constant glitching have to reload countless times. Happens seems if play on my newest apple laptop or my new iPhone 12 pro max or my couple year old Mac desktop.
Then we have what seems to be highly illegal payout percentages on the slots.
I have spun hundreds of spins on various slots and not even got one bonus round and then when did finally get bonus even with high bet like 10 bucks or more have gotten truly pathetic payout from that bonus round.
I have played real casinos in Vegas and real BC casinos pre Covid and for much smaller bets you win much much more money and you get your bonus rounds much more frequently. It’s criminal how you never get bonus and need huge bets to make any money. I am generally fairly smart player and can usually be up decently in real BC casino from like a hundred or two hundred starting stake and betting like 2 bucks a spin type thing but on play now the games just eat your money. WOW, This Corporation has no heart, My Boyfriend was so beside himself when he contacted Play now.com (BCLC) and distraught and even mentioned he was suicidal yet because he still had a considerable amount of money in his Account they allowed him to keep playing. Shortly after that going to his Apt. I called the Ambulance and he did go through with his attempt. It was only the second time he called when he was broke did they intervene and closed his account. I have seen my Boyfriend playing as one of the most disciplined Blackjack Players and not once in all of 2019 ever seen him leave the Casino with showing a profit. Well the constant mistakes on play now.com on their end drove him to loose his mind. Once he was down over $170.000 (live play with real cards, not fake cards) and next day with a 30K buy in cashed out with $201.000. His discipline cold as ice yet play now completely destroyed him. WARNING, to anyone that may be tempted to play on Playnow.com BAD IDEA.
