PlayEuroLotto Review
Most people would think PlayEuroLotto.com’s site would be straightforward and offer European lotteries online. It’s not quite that simple. This is not a place to buy lottery tickets but to place bets on the numbers that will be drawn in officially published lotteries. The good news is that it means that if you win, the money is simply placed in your account. The bad news is you are not going to walk into a place like the official UK Lottery headquarters and say “I won, I won”.
Games at PlayEuroLotto.com
PlayEuroLotto.com offers the chance for players to place bets on 7 international lotteries: EuroMillions and EuroJackpot, Mega Millions and Powerball, SuperEnaLotto, Lotto 6/49, and DinoLotto (their own product). That’s it. If a player wins the big jackpot, they don’t go to either of those lotteries to collect their winnings. PlayEuroLotto.com pays out the big win.
PlayEuroLotto.com’s Syndicates
They also offer syndicates for these lotteries. Each syndicate represents 80 shares that place 100 bets split between the two weekly draws. PlayEuroLotto.com probably provides one of the best explanations on how syndicate winnings are paid out. Say you purchased 2 shares for EuroMillions. The syndicate places 100 bets split over the Tuesday and Friday draws. Saturday morning, the 100 bets are assessed and the syndicate won €1,000. That amount is divided by 80 which equals €12.50. You own 2 shares so €25 is deposited into your account. The syndicate then closes and a new one starts (if you decide to buy in).
Winbooster at PlayEuroLotto
Most sites when they introduce their own special term refer to some sort of bonus offer or extra buy-in to increase player wins. Not at PlayEuroLotto.com. Their ‘winbooster’ simply refers to what they say is the increase in odds between placing a bet as a sole player versus playing within a syndicate. They say your odds are increased by 125%.
How Do They Do It
Remember this is betting and no tickets are actually purchased. Paying out winnings is not based on how much money they’ve collected. PlayEuroLotto.com insures any potential losses (meaning your wins) with German Insurance Company, Emirat AG.
Who is Behind Play Euro Lotto?
This site is licensed out of Curaçao, and operated by Kootack Gaming NV which has a head office in Malta. PlayEuroLotto.com offers a snail mail address and email address. Turn around on emails takes at least 24 hours.

Is Play Euro Lotto Legit?
PlayEuroLotto.com simply provides the opportunity to bet on seven lotteries. Their syndicates do seem to be a good size, though we’re still talking about betting versus actual lottery tickets.
This site doesn’t get a thumbs up or a thumbs down. There is no indication it isn’t for real, but our team has reservations about the whole concept of betting versus actually purchasing tickets. It’s almost as if they are actually betting on the fact you won’t win. I think I’ll stick to one of our trusted lottery providers and not place my bet on PlayEuroLotto.com!

The thing with Dinolotto is that with it you’re not playing the lottery; you’re betting against an insurance company. So if you win a big price you will probably have to pay normal taxes (instead of lottery taxes, that in many European countries are 0%), that can go up to 54% or more. Is anyone certain about this issue?

Playeurolto.com like a business place for me, I invest per month per month 24€-49€ in this site Powerball lotto and get back 500€-5000€. I am buying 7-18 lotto tickets per month and must win with 3-4 tickets. It’s back my investment with big amount of profit. One word to say it’s my business now, last 7 months continuously I am doing that. Today I won €400+, it’s my 17 winning. So today I just need to say thanks to playeurolotto.com. Really thanks for everything.

I am deeply suspicious of Playeurolotto – I am on vacation in Mexico and am doing the Euromillions lottery with them (I think). I get results for lotteries before they are scheduled to be drawn, when I question these I don’t get a reply-Confirmation come as blank pages. I am not sure if I can legally do this lottery outside of the UK, but the response from PEL is not clear and always ambiguous. Any one have an opinion?
Playeurolotto.com refuse payment from my country, as I got an email back from someone called Lucy [i live in the UK], do you know why? Thanks, Colin.
I think this review needs an update since there were some big winners recently. However, im curious to know the difference between this one and gigalotto. Im looking at this site to take my chances on Powerball.
