Found a lottoland article discussing that you can choose to remain anonymous if you win a large amount of money and yet in their T&C’s you are ‘obliged’ (forced) to have a press conference of Lottolands choice in Gilbralter. So much for ‘privacy’.

They blocked my account for 24 hours to allow time for my proof to be verified.. I had won 550 and was playing my winnings back ..so blocked account to save some winning. .emailed 10 times..only one reply. ..so rang and was told that my winnings were in my account and I could withdraw. .tried to do this and was advised to call customer service..who advised may be a technical issue and they would block my account again while this was looked into..also told they would put the money in to my account ..so gave account details Iban number and even sent bank statement over with correct Iban number on…one week later 15 calls and account still blocked no money in my account.?? There is no reason for this ..I want a resolution to my complaint and my winnings ..lottoland took my money with in 24 hours 8 days later

I just recently added the app. Apparently, since it is a rule in Australia that you must be 18 y/o before you could play the game, I gave an ID and proof of address. The customer rep told me that the account would be verified within 72hrs. However, it is past 72 hrs my account hasn’t been verified yet and no one has responded to my email. Before betting it’s worth reading the small print:
While on some lotteries they pay out the full amount advertised such as with Euromillions but with American lotteries such as Mega Millions or Powerball if you win the jackpot, they take 35% off the total right away and you can get paid over 30 years (“The level of payments are calculated such that the payments rise 4% from year to year until the full sum has been paid out.”) or you can get 60% of the amount left so say it was a jackpot of 100 million if you wanted it in a lump sum you’d get £39 million.
It’s something worth keeping in mind.
