How to Claim Your Winnings
Winnings under £50,000 are paid directly to your LottoGo account. Anything over £50,000 can take up to 40 days while LottoGo.com sorts payments out with their insurer. There is no information on who the insurance company is. Click on “withdraw” and your winnings should be cleared between 3 to 5 working days. There is a minimum withdrawal of £10. However, you put the funds originally in is the way you get them back.
How to Claim a Mega Jackpot?
Though in general, LottoGo says that all winnings are paid in a lump sum less any taxes that would be applicable (like in the case of the US lotteries), winnings over £10 million are not paid out all at once. The first £10 million is paid “as soon as possible” after the draw with the rest of the money paid over 19 yearly payments paid within 7 days of the date of the first payment.

The only big restriction on playing at LottoGo.com is Location- no one who is a resident of the United States can play – or you are somewhere where it is illegal to play. Is LottoGo Legit?
One would have thought with betting; the company would be able to set aside the tax issues that affect lotteries, especially because they don’t have to pay the taxes. It’s also not appealing to think that one may have won the mega jackpot but won’t get all the money right away.
This site looks fairly straightforward though beware of the “subscription” button and what you agree to pay.

The responsible gambling team suddenly are reviewing my account all of a sudden. Had an email to say I was a winner still waiting to see if my withdrawal goes into my bank as the live agent said it would. Only signed up a week ago but because I asked to reverse a withdrawal so I didn’t have to deposit any more money (was a bonus whatever I would have withdrew) they suspended my account

Done a lottery ticket for 10 pounds in Feb ever since then they have taken 450 pounds from my account put a stop on it but they still managed to take another 16 pounds out have no way of unsubscribing

Once I bought a ticket and then they’ve taken out £18 a week!!! Wrong on every level! Luckily I seen early on what they were doing and cancelled with the bank because you cannot cancel online which tells you something in itself!

Said I had set my email address wrong yet still setup a subscription even though I couldn’t have confirmed email address. Eventually managed to get into the account by speaking to somebody through a chat. They still took the next payment as said it has already been processed. Total thieves praying on the hope you won’t notice. It was only £28 they took from me I couldn’t afford it but at least I stopped it. How they can take money with an email confirmation from me I find hard to understand with anti fraud processes etc.

Bought a lottery ticket for £5 and it then set me up for a subscription that I never signed up for. They have since charged me £18 a week on my Barclaycard and no way of getting onto my account (as I never set one up)
Please pay me back these sums of money that I simply cannot afford and never agreed to.
This is disgraceful. I have cancelled any future payments with Barclays but want my money back asap- £15, £18,£18,£18 and now another £18! Not cool lottogo! Please contact me so that I can get my money back.
