Lotto Pro 2013 Exposed — How About Increasing Your Odds of Winning?
Lotto Pro 2013 Review
Everyone would like to increase their odds of winning lotteries. I’ve looked at a variety of systems and applications that make this claim. Lotto Pro 2013 came across my desk today, so I thought I’d take a look and see what they promise. I’m not a big fan of lottery software for winning as they usually make all kinds of wild claims and it’s their sales that make them money. I’ll do my best to put any misconceptions aside and give you a fair and transparent review of Lotto Pro 2013.
How Lotto Pro 2013 Works
As lottery software goes, Lotto Pro 2013 is quite remarkable in complexity, and I can honestly say that it is one of the more professionally designed applications of this type. You install it on your computer, and at least in theory, you can use it right away because there are only a couple of buttons and actions that can be performed. Trust me when I say that you wouldn’t want to do that without prior research and I strongly recommend you to go over the user manual. It’s as thick as Encyclopedia Britannica but it explains in detail how every single function works and what it does.
This Jackpocket app review will answer all your questions
The user needs only to download Lotto Pro 2013 and install it, with the registration being done through the software itself. Assuming you have read all the information presented in the aforesaid user manual, you can use this lottery software for creating and checking lottery tickets. It is also helpful to those who interpret statistical charts and graphs, while the icing on the cake is the section explaining how wheeling systems are supposed to be used. There is no shortage of winners’ stories on their official website, though I took these with a grain of salt.
Lotto Pro 2013 Complaints
After wasting a couple of minutes trying to find some comments that were even remotely negative about Lotto Pro 2013 in their testimonials section, I went elsewhere. There are no scam allegations online and not many complaints about this lottery software, though I did eventually find a couple of pertinent reviews. The guys at CNET wrote a mostly positive review of the app, but they were not very satisfied with the layout and the design.
Equally upset are the users, and if you’re looking for a couple of short but honest reviews, I suggest you visit Download.cnet.com. The complaints were mostly about the fact that the application installs icons and shortcuts without asking, downloads third-party content, and ultimately slows down the computer. Given the fact that these are mostly technical issues and the complaints are not directed towards the application’s ability to actually improve the players’ chances to win the jackpot, I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised.

Is Lotto Pro Legit?
I must say that the developers did a good job in creating an application that lottery enthusiasts who are hoping to cut corners and win the jackpot will find useful. The graphics are average, and the application is neither speedy nor very intuitive, but overall it is considerably better than most of its competition. While I stick to my opinion that lottery software is as useful as a wooden frying pan and I wouldn’t pay a dime for Lotto Pro or similar software, go ahead and take advantage of the 15-day free trial. Just beware of the downloads.

Lotto Pro let’s you try their program before buying for 15 days, that’s what I did.
I tried it for Pick 3, ours is drawn once a day as is Pick 4. I used the recommended default settings of 5 hot and 50 draws, then used the Smart Number feature for 10 tickets. IIRC I had 2 or 3 winners on different days the first 7 to 10 days. At first I just played on paper, you can save the picks in folders on your computer, I also took notes in a notebook. After the 2nd win I started buying tickets, I had an $80 winner the 3rd win, so I thought that’s proof enough for me and bought the software before the 15 day trial was over.
Granted, it did not continue to give me 2 to 3 winners a week, and I am not a daily player of Pick 3, just occasionally I’d give it a try.
You do have to subscribe to the updates after your year is over, for a while I’d left it alone, got away from playing.
For the last few years I’ve subscribed to the updates again, and since June 2017 been looking at Pick 4. If you test the software’s settings for its sweet spot for the games you play, you can get some wins. The software is known for being pretty good for the daily games Pick 3 & 4, so why not try for the better Pick 4 prizes?
This past Sunday, I hadn’t looked at it for a month, so I popped up 10 Smart Number tickets not wheeled, just 10 Smart Picks, then the same with 5 Smart Number tickets. That’s how I’ve been testing it for Pick 4, seems both do well.
This time I filled out my slips and went get the tickets, got 50 cent boxed, some had doubles.
Well, the 8th pick on the 10 picks was 4889, and 8849 was the number drawn. So for $7.50 I won $200! I’ll take it.
What I’ve noticed, tested:
On my laptop, I’ve found it works best with 4 hot 40 draws for the settings. I tested this back in June and it seems to do best with those settings.
When I tested this from June 7th – 12th, here’s what I had, I should have gotten tickets!
June 7: Both the 5 and 10 ticket picks had Boxes of 6217. $1 plays could have made $400.
June 9 this came from my Tablet, the best settings on that one were 5 hot and 50 draws default, it had a boxed hit, the 3rd out of the 10 ticket pick, again all Smart Number picks.
Then on June 12, the tablet again had a hit on the 10 SP ticket. Now, sometimes it will give duplicate number plays for Pick 4, and this is common for Pick 3 also. It can also do this multiple times.
For June 12th, my tablet’s 10 play tickets 1st and 2nd numbers were duplicates, 0126. The 5 play ticket had 0127. I also had 0126 on the 5 play ticket from my laptop.
The number that hit that night? 1602!
Could have had $1200 within that week!
I have since had to replace that tablet, my first, I’m still testing the newer one but the first win came with 5 hot and 45 draws.
I’ve kept my settings on the laptop at 4 hot and 40 draws. I’ve noticed like I mentioned above, if you haven’t played in a while, say a few weeks or perhaps months, it seems the first time you give it a try it will hit.
The 5 & 6 number lotteries have been more elusive, but I have done testing with those also.
My state has RNG type lottery.
The 15 day free trial to give it a try.
Lotto Pro has only installed it’s software, add ons, no trouble there. If I’ve had any questions, I email their customer support and get a reply either same day or the next day, usually within 24 hours.

I used this when the lottery first started in the UK, and had a great deal of success, however, the lottery back then was once a week. As soon as they added two draws a week this totally changed the chances of winning, the drawings seemed affected.
I actually used it for the Euros last night and I matched 1 number plus a Powerball, sadly not a winning ticket, but was better than using lucky dip as I have been getting no numbers for a while.
The program is RANDOM rather than picking the best numbers for that week, despite the fact that they try and make it look as if they are picking solid numbers, if you generate your tickets twice, you will see numbers are different.
At $24.95 the software is cheap enough to buy and will create one winner at least around the World, and that could be you.

I have used Lotto Pro here in Toronto…and very, very seldom win anything when I use the SMART PICKS.

First use I won $1.00 don’t laugh it’s a start. I’ll keep you posted.
I have used lotto pro for years. I use it to wheel my numbers and print to play slips. But when I tried ga jumbo bucks it would not print slips. So I emailed lotto pro and ask them to help. They said if I sent a LARGE number of slips they would setup it to print slips, so I spent almost $30 to send slips and no results in 6 months. Poor customer service!
