Playing lotteries online seems pretty intimidating at first. The concept of clicking on a site and providing not only personal information but credit card info is daunting. Icelotto.com presents a professional website. Click on ‘home’ the screen is clear and there aren’t a thousand bells and whistles to distract me from throwing up too much information. But thanks to the feedback from a variety of users, let’s dig deeper!
Who is Icelotto?
Icelotto.com says it’s a London-based company; though their telephone helpline is a +44 area code, we all know how easy that is to set up through any of the different phone services including Skype. Their contact info indicates they are in Cyprus and offers an address. Live chat is presented as well; I was happy to see the green light. When Ice Lotto support is not online, you can leave a message by completing a simple form. There is also an FAQ page that does go on and on and on about how to win.

Icelotto.com provides a platform to play seven key lottery games: Powerball (USA), Mega Millions (USA), Lotto 649 (Canada), La Primitiva (Spain) and EuroMillions (Europe), EuroJackpot (Europe), SuperEnaLotto (Italy). Registration is relatively straightforward and voila, you get an account. Now it is merely your choice to choose which lotteries you want to play. I still am not straight on how you got your ticket, and there doesn’t seem to be any specific information. I would also note that I had to switch computers as my old Windows XP wouldn’t seem to support the site. As soon as I moved to Windows 7, I was in.
Icelotto.com Complaints
I’m not sure whether to feel more confident or more nervous with the lack of reviews online. I could only find Icelotto.com referred to on one side and I went through a lot of them, including reviews and some of the official complaint sites. Webutation gives Icelotto.com a thumbs up (100 out of 100) on all aspects except WOT (Web of trust). Though there aren’t that many reviews and they all date back to 2011, and they are all good. I’m not sure if this is good news or bad news, or if the lack of news means they took a break for a while. Plus, you and I both know how easy it is to blog a site positively! Their “Lottery Results” page is up-to-date with current information. Their “News” and “Articles” does now have information that appears to be also up to date. There is a scrolling bar at the top that announces the latest winners, but I don’t think they actually won through Icelotto.com.

Is IceLotto Legit?
On the surface, this looks like just another online lottery service provider, but I have a few problems. I’m still not sure who these folks are. I also don’t need to be told that gone are the days of purchasing your lottery ticket at your local grocery store which Icelotto.com discusses. I mean I am here on their site so already know about playing lotteries online.
IceLotto doesn’t get thumbs up or thumbs down. We were contacted by their representatives that convinced us that things would change for the better. We sent all of your complaints to the customer service of IceLotto. Anyway, we invite Icelotto.com support to reply to all customer complaints on our site.

Haven’t used Icelotto, but just by reading all reviews from beginning it seems like they are legit company, but have 2 major cons:
1.) It appears that they have a marketing and sales department that continually phone you to make purchases.
2.) People keep on signing up on their site with that “free” ticket, but to receive that “free” money you have to go on a subscription that charges your account every draw.
Best advice it seems was to use a prepaid credit card so that your money is not linked to the site.

I make test, deposit 9 euro and withdraw, as site said will process in 48 hours, but 4 day gone, see nothing.

I am totally discussed with ice lotto. They keep on phoning my harras me all the time to play. I told no I can not afford thanks.
But then I get they debit my credit card details with 3 amounts. They phoned me from a number +27105001995 Told them, I did not authorize this at all they refuse to give my money back they are thieves be careful!!!

I request you to change the tumbs-up points. I see many users complaining automatic debit of their credit cards, which is very dangerous. You may need to change the review points.
