The Games at Lotto Agent
The games are the same, and we didn’t expect any changes as the original review said they were clear and straightforward. Lotto Agent offers ten games: US Powerball, Mega Millions, SuperLottoPlus and Lotto Texas, Spain’s La Primitiva and El Gordo, Europe’s EuroJackpot and EuroMillions, Italy’s SuperEnalotto and UK Lotto. Players can use their favorite numbers or click on an Easy Pick (randomly generated numbers). Different lotteries involve different minimum line requirements. There are no syndicates.

Opening their website, there is a pop-up window that offers “buy 1 ticket, get one free” with your first purchase. Previously, we couldn’t find info on this.
It Gets Better
Agentlotto.com also clarified that the non-refund only applies to tickets already purchased. If you want to take from your account and/or close it, your money will be transferred to you via your chosen credit card.
Lotto Agent and Winning
Payment of your winnings is now clearly set out including the options and the fees that are charged. There are no commissions on winnings. The only thing that is not clear is how players get their winnings when it is over the threshold set out in the various credit cards.
The Possibility of Watching Videos of Draws
Lotto Agent added the ability to watch videos of draws on the site so that users can see the process of drawing lottery numbers firsthand. Now, Lotto Agent is the only service in the world that offers such an ability to its users.

Their snail mail address is in Malta, and the information is now posted on the face of their website. They also offer a phone number, online form, and live chat (that works!). It was hilarious because the live chat support kept sending info even after I said thanks for the info and I have no more questions.

For once, instead of getting into complaints (of which we didn’t find any), I really would like to applaud Agentlotto.com for getting in touch with us. They were proactive with the criticisms and made changes.

This is still a site that only offers individual ticket lines so no syndicates. It is straightforward, and there is no question their customer service is responsive. I think this is a first for Lotto Exposed to have such back-and-forth feedback with an online lottery agent.
Our team gives Agentlotto.com a thumbs up if for no other reason than they were listening and cared enough to make their site better for their clients. I will still play elsewhere as syndicates are my game, but for buying individual tickets, these folks look good.

Now everything is automated, you can buy everything over the Internet, but I miss paper ticket which I used to play. In my country there is a lottery too, but it offer little Jackpots. Recently they also started selling tickets over the Internet, but they don’t give a copy of tickets, so no more play. Lottoagent is a working site, easy and modern. I had some solid wins already but still wait for the Jackpot. Who knows if I can win or not.

Here is my experience on lotto agent :))
I picked this site and four more sites to compare… And you know what? WHY are they so old-fashioned? It feels like the latest updates were made on the time of the middle ages! May be my Granny would like it, me not!
Lotto Agent differs as it has more or less pleasing design, all sections are well-arranged, and everything is clear.
I have a number of proposals to Lotto Agent, but what I definitely like about them is accuracy, and it is in fact the most important thing (this is just my point of view, and I do not impose it to anyone). I don’t care if the service has a convenient interface or not. I just want to get my scans/notifications/accruals in time. Lotto Agent copes with it, so that I put +. To resume, the service is not perfect but reliable.
