I made an account. I deposit 0.21 BTC and 300 EURO. I spin it up to 0.55 BTC after some bets, then they closed my account and send me this claiming I was cheating:

1xbet robbed me a winning bet worth around 80k INR. Their customers service team from India don’t even bother replying which is a shame as they are a global company but act like robbers.
I placed a bet on Aug 9th in the match between Marko Tepavac vs Stevan Popovic from Serbia Pro Tour. Tepavac retired during third set so as per their rules, they have to settle my bet on Popovic as the winner. But they refunded my bet saying the match got cancelled. Why would a match gets cancelled in the third set?
I sent them the screenshot of score which says Tepavac retired. I also contacted a pro tennis player (Aleksic) on Instagram who was playing in the same tournament and he also confirmed me Tepavac retired. I sent all these screenshots to 1xbet but I they didn’t bother to reply me.
Winning a bet is a big challenge but with 1xbet, getting paid out even for your winning bet is a real challenge. Avoid them at all cost.
