My user ID is 235907949 and I want to inform everyone in this forum to ignore doing any transaction with 1xbet again because they’re fraudulent.
I requested a withdrawal of 150000 naira couple days ago but it was rejected by 1xbet and requested my documents for verification.
I emailed their security department and they requested that I should send my national ID, bank statement, and selfie of myself holding my national ID and my communication device.
After sending my documents, I got a reply from 1xbet security department asking me what’s my relationship with some few users which I don’t know.
