I think this lottery manipulates. So £220m will be won this year, so I looked at information on its website. So far Jan, Feb and March main wins are no different to last years. The players have lost 1000 worth (minimum) £10 wins a week so that is at least £40k a month based on one subscription but many will be more. Now I was never great at maths at school (I genuinely was terrible) but even I know the sums are not adding up here. This lottery never reviews how many win in total, never shows us the total breakdown of it operational expenses, everything comes under that, payroll, office costs, insurance etc etc including what it pays out for staff bonus and perks. I personally think something is not quite right here. I think everybody show ask their MP to investigate. No way is the prize fund £220m this year when it’s removed the £10 wins (1000) if you look on the site it’s gone from 2000 to now 1000, no £30k daily wins, that would have started usually about March it hasn’t. I think this lottery is losing players, it must be as why haven’t the prizes remained the same? Why have prizes been removed? Nothing on the website to say why (it should) I’ll play for a couple more months and then I will probably end up cancelling

By the looks prizes reduced again. Saturday and Sunday were £10 wins for a total of 2k postcodes, now been moved to Thursday for 1k postcodes, but yet apparently the PC this year is going to be £220m, not looking good so far is it. No daily £30k

Should be investigated by the serious fraud office in my opinion. “Millions draw” but nobody wins any millions. I think the nearest win to a million was £960k that was with three subs. £220m to be won this year, so far it’s not looking good target wise.

So this year the lottery has prize funds totalling £220m, now I ain’t Carol Voderman when it comes to maths but even I can work this one out The millions draw has not increased. This month it’s £3.2m Feb its £7.9m and March is £3.7m according to the prize calculator. So that’s less than £15 for the first three month of the year. I see no daily prizes of £30k, so as far as I am concerned thats been removed, usually it would start back up next month but it has not. Sort the prizes out postcode and stop with the generous perks for your staff. IT IS OUR MONEY. I will see what happens until the April prize draws are revealed and then I’ll decide whether or not to cancel my three subscriptions.

All the one stars are true. I wanted to cancel today after playing for nearly ten years. I was held in a queue for nearly twenty mins. I then decided to call again put press the option to join, the call was answered within five seconds. I waited again and tried again an hour later, again, held in a queue, but as soon as I pressed the option again as a new player the call was answered with two seconds. Strange how you can join online but when you cancel you have to telephone them. I don’t like the fact that this lottery is waisting the players money. As others have said staff perks but getting paid to do charity work was the ice on the cake for me. I played with four subscriptions. If you read these comments pcl you need to have a think. Removing prizes despite apparently gaining more players and very little losses, you will end up with less and less players. I remember when this lottery did some amazing prizes, cars and holidays etc, but all gone now. I have enjoyed playing and supporting, but it’s a goodbye for me.
