IceLotto Review
Playing lotteries online seems pretty intimidating at first. The concept of clicking on a site and providing not only personal information but credit card info is daunting. Icelotto.com presents a professional website. Click on ‘home’ the screen is clear and there aren’t a thousand bells and whistles to distract me from throwing up too much information. But thanks to the feedback from a variety of users, let’s dig deeper!
Who is Icelotto?
Icelotto.com says it’s a London-based company; though their telephone helpline is a +44 area code, we all know how easy that is to set up through any of the different phone services including Skype. Their contact info indicates they are in Cyprus and offers an address. Live chat is presented as well; I was happy to see the green light. When Ice Lotto support is not online, you can leave a message by completing a simple form. There is also an FAQ page that does go on and on and on about how to win.
The Games at Icelotto.com
Icelotto.com provides a platform to play seven key lottery games: Powerball (USA), Mega Millions (USA), Lotto 649 (Canada), La Primitiva (Spain) and EuroMillions (Europe), EuroJackpot (Europe), SuperEnaLotto (Italy). Registration is relatively straightforward and voila, you get an account. Now it is merely your choice to choose which lotteries you want to play. I still am not straight on how you got your ticket, and there doesn’t seem to be any specific information. I would also note that I had to switch computers as my old Windows XP wouldn’t seem to support the site. As soon as I moved to Windows 7, I was in.
Icelotto.com Complaints
I’m not sure whether to feel more confident or more nervous with the lack of reviews online. I could only find Icelotto.com referred to on one side and I went through a lot of them, including reviews and some of the official complaint sites. Webutation gives Icelotto.com a thumbs up (100 out of 100) on all aspects except WOT (Web of trust). Though there aren’t that many reviews and they all date back to 2011, and they are all good. I’m not sure if this is good news or bad news, or if the lack of news means they took a break for a while. Plus, you and I both know how easy it is to blog a site positively! Their “Lottery Results” page is up-to-date with current information. Their “News” and “Articles” does now have information that appears to be also up to date. There is a scrolling bar at the top that announces the latest winners, but I don’t think they actually won through Icelotto.com.

Is IceLotto Legit?
On the surface, this looks like just another online lottery service provider, but I have a few problems. I’m still not sure who these folks are. I also don’t need to be told that gone are the days of purchasing your lottery ticket at your local grocery store which Icelotto.com discusses. I mean I am here on their site so already know about playing lotteries online.
IceLotto doesn’t get thumbs up or thumbs down. We were contacted by their representatives that convinced us that things would change for the better. We sent all of your complaints to the customer service of IceLotto. Anyway, we invite Icelotto.com support to reply to all customer complaints on our site.
I purchase a ticket from icelotto in the amount of 14.25 euros. I receive a notice that the transaction failed. So I tried again the second time to buy the ticket for 14.25 euros and click submit. The notice again say the transaction failed in the order form. After a while an agent called by phone from london and my location is in Qatar. The signal is poor and the sound chappy. I could not either understand the English very well. What I understand he is making testimony of the winnings of the past people and what I understand is telling me that the same way I will as if congratulating me that I play lotto for them. After a minute my bank phone me that icelloto debit my credit card so many times until all my balance in my card are all gone without confirmation if something I bought from them on not in email so that I will write them or click confirm as the case maybe. What I only know is I only buy ticket from them for 14.25 euros and got notice that the transaction failed in the order form itself. So, this event is very dangerous for the future buyer. Be careful with this icelotto co. It will eat all your credit card balances.
I have complained for many months to have my email address removed and unsubscribed from Icelotto, but they have refused this is a offence.
I have the right to charge a fee per email after my first request to be unsubscribed.
I still receive unwanted, unsolisted emails all are charged at $500au per email.
They have an invoice to pay and refuse to pay.
I will close them down world wide, if I don’t get the invoice paid and or someone to at least make contact with me to sort the problem out.
The Australian Police are in support of my action.
I do support you too russell, I also charge them for wasting my time and they told me they cannot refund me so I can get my debt collection agency to recover the money they stealing money from me.
If you have ever filled your credit card details on their website, i advice you get to your bank, cancel the credit card and request for a new one (it may sound agressive or going too far) but i believe they have software that can recognize you CVV, the 3 secret last digit you type in, thats how they make extra unauthorised deductions from accounts.
I believe Icelotto is a scam. I recently bought a ticket to play the Megamillions and paid about 9euros. The marketers called me and was trying to pressurise me to playother games totaling over 200euros, i was not interested but shortly i got a debit noyification in my mail for the 9euros, a 16euros and 14euros. i sent several mails to them complaining of the other two unauthorized withdrawals but no response. Luckily, the account i used for the transaction was not my main account but one i hardly use. So all that was in that account was what they stole. I have made a complaint to my bank.
Past experience of being easily taken in has taught me to set up a debit credit card where I control the money going in and/or going out. So, with that being said I’ve set a date; 22nd May, 2015, to have $35 NZD made ready for the operator “Washington” to draw it out. Wish me luck.
