The customer service is open Monday to Friday 9:00 am until 1:30 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Saturday it is open from 9:00 am to 1:30 pm. I’m not sure what that means given there are no phone numbers to call. There is no information on how quickly they will answer your questions by email. I’m certain no one is actually going to write to them.

This site gets a reserved thumbs up for its clarity, though

it is only for Spanish lotteries and of course football betting. I think I’ll stick with online providers that offer a variety of international lotteries like US Powerball and EuroJackpot.
